Sandrine Kamikazi
Program Manager- Intego Facility

Sandrine Kamikazi is the Program Manager of the Public Investment Facility (Intego) at the Rwanda Green Fund, where she leads the appraisal and management of public investment projects, driving their growth and ensuring alignment with the Fund's strategic goals. With over seven years of experience in Environmental Management, Sandrine is committed to fostering sustainable development through impactful public investments.

Before taking on her current role, Sandrine served as Technical Advisor to the CEO for four years, where she supported the CEO in making strategic decisions, providing insights and analysis on important issues for the organization. 

Her expertise extends beyond the Fund, having previously worked with the Ministry in Charge of Emergency Management (MINEMA) and as an Environmental Consultant on various projects in Rwanda.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Massey University, New Zealand, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from the National University of Rwanda.
