Sylvain Kanani is the IT & Helpdesk Officer at the Rwanda Green Fund. 

As IT & Helpdesj Officer, Sylvain is responsible for IT in general including networking and infrastructures, website and online applications, IT equipment and consumables, providing training and support services to staff. 

Prior to his position as IT & Help Desk Officer, Sylvain served as a Hardware Engineer at the Rwanda Cooperative Agency especially in the U-SACCO computerization project, ICT Manager in INES-Ruhengeri, Institute of Applied Sciences, and in other different institutions both public and private.

Sylvain holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from M'Hamed Bouguerra University of Boumerdés in Algeria and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Rwanda.
