John NDAMAGE is the Environmental and Social Safeguard Analyst at the Rwanda Green Fund. 

As the Environmental and Social Safeguard Analyst, John plays a key role in providing Analytical and Technical support on key issues related to environmental and social impact assessment and on sustainability risks in the design, preparation, implementation and supervision of the Fund’s operations/investments or interventions.

Prior to his position as Environmental and Social Safeguard Analyst, John served as Environmental and Social Safeguard Specialist at Rwanda Green Fund. Before joining the Rwanda Green Fund, he worked at Albertine Rift Conservation Society (ARCOS) as Conservation and Development Strategic Advisor and also served as Environmental Facilitator at Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA).

John holds a Master of Science in Forest Resources and Ecological Restoration from Yeungnam
University in South Korea and a Bachelor of Geography from the University of Rwanda.
