Fidele Nzirwanabake is the Projects Fund Management Analyst at Rwanda Green Fund.
Fidele plays a key role in management and administration of all Rwanda Green Fund's funds in accordance with the Government of Rwanda financial management procedures and donors disbursement guidelines with a view to ensuring transparent and efficient financial management system that support effective operations, provide a technical assistance in development of fund management tools and finally planning, implementing and reporting on projects. He also serves as a vice chairperson of ICT Committee, Asset Valuation Committee, Chairperson of Contract Management committee and asset valuation committee.
Prior to his appointment, Fidele served as the Director of Finance in the Ministry of Infrastructure. He participated in SPIU/MININFRA in planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, budget execution and variance analysis. Fidele has more than 12 years' experience in financial management in both the public and private sector.
Fidele holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kigali Independent University (ULK) with second class upper division and qualified CPA (R) Bsc. Hon. Acc from Former School of Finance and Banking (SFB).
