Clement Sayinzoga is the Receptionist and Central Secretariat at the Rwanda Green Fund.

As Receptionist and Central Secretariat, Clement plays a key role in supporting of Customer Satisfaction, establishing a clear and concise filing system for all documents , receive, record and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents.

Prior to his position, Clement served as Administrative Assistant at Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM) especially in RICEM Project.

Clement holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from University of Kigali (UoK).
