Celestin Tuyisenge is the Legal Analyst at the Rwanda Green Fund.

As the Legal Analyst, Celestin's main responsibility is to provide legal advice on all Rwanda Green Fund's interventions, participate in contract management, draft legal instruments, liaise with the Ministry of Justice and other institutions in legal matters, conduct legal research and represent the institution before the court. 

As the Legal Analyst, he is tasked with providing legal advice and to take all measures to ensure that the institution is in compliance with the laws. 

Prior to his current position, Celestin worked for six years with Gicumbi District as Legal advisor and Notary; he worked also for three years as Legal Affairs Specialist of Rwanda Green Fund. 

He earned a Bachelor's Degree in law from National University of Rwanda, Diploma in legal practice from Institute of Legal Practice and Development, Certificate of Specialization in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution from ESSEC BUSINESS SCHOOL/FRANCE and Certificate of Specialization on Introduction to International Criminal law from CASE WESTERN RESERVE/United States of America.
