Emmanuella Murekatete is the Program Design Analyst at the Rwanda Green Fund.

As the Program Design Analyst, Emmanuella plays a key role in supporting the fund to plan, design and manage climate resilient projects/program contributing to the country's climate agenda. Prior to her position as Program Design Analyst, Emmanuella served as the Resource Mobilization Manager of the fund contributing to mobilize climate finance. 

Prior to joining Rwanda Green Fund, she has served as an Environment Specialist for two World Bank funded projects implemented by Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA).

Emmanuella holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science.
