Praise Mutesi Winnie, is the Human Resource Manager at the Rwanda Green Fund, 

As a people manager, Praise plays a key role in delivering and monitoring the overall HR strategy, systems, and procedures across the fund, bridging employee and management relations by addressing grievances, demands, or other issues, nurturing a positive working environment, supporting current and future business needs through the development, motivation, engagement and preservation of human capital. 

Praise brings with her vast Human resource and operations experience and an education background from USIU- Africa in Finance, Marketing and industrial psychology.

Her Motto at Rwanda Green Fund is: People are the Pillar, and the future.
