Laurene Manzi is the Climate Finance Analyst at the Rwanda Green Fund.

As a climate finance analyst, Laurene plays a vital role in supporting, coordinating, guiding, supervising, and monitoring the mobilization of external resources for the Fund by identifying and evaluating financing options for climate projects, and assessing the financial risks and opportunities associated with climate change.

Before her current position, Laurene worked for 4+ years as a senior research analyst with expertise in different research methodologies. She provided evidence-backed strategic solutions and recommendations to development partners and private sector firms across diverse industries. She has hands-on experience in designing and leading research projects and assessments to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions

Laurene has a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in quantitative methods from the Pennsylvania State University.
